4. After an order is placed, when to deliver? How about package? Can you put label on product, print logo on box?

Usually 45days for a full mixed 40HQ, for special order e.g. only a few kinds of products or if we have stock or frames ready, can finish within 25 days.

Normal package is EPE to wrap, corner foam to protect, then carton. Some customers asked Honeycomb fiberboard for mail order package. For glass or marble products, we add plywood frame outside.

We're able to put label and print your logo on box. (if you need metal label, you can provide and we fix on product. Can send photo example.)



5. Does your company accept customization?

We have our own factory and excellent design team, and we accept OEM/ODM.



6. How about your company's certification?

FSC, SGS, P2



7. If the products are not conformity with requirements, how to solve? What about warranty?

If the products are not conform to customer samples or have quality problems, our company will be responsible for it. We will compensate for any non-human damage on our product when goods arrive in your place. Here is the compensation:

Situation1: If the product can be repaired and sold again, materials and tools are offered for free mending.

Situation2: If the damage is serious and product could not repair again, we offer free supply of the same product (same quantity) in the next container.

Caution: We are not responsible for any damage during shipment, so please confirm and make sure everything is complete after unpacking.



8. What about the cooperation process?

Confirm details of order, 30% deposit, arrange production, balance against copy of Bill of Lading.
